"There are many testimonials I could give for Gordy, and the rest of the crew that has stopped  into Klingbeil's on a regular basis over the past many years. However, there is a recent "story" I'd like to share about Gordy. Recently, I have had a customer that has been a very good customer to both Klingbeil's and Manion's. He is a younger person, newly married and with a young baby. He has been remodeling his house over the last couple of years, and has purchased almost everything from Klingbeil's, who in turn has ordered all doors and mouldings from Manion's.

He has had issues with one of the steel doors that was installed by a contractor, and has had Gordy stop to look at it. The problems  have all been resolved after a few visits.  After I thanked Gordy, he mentioned that "Manion's wants to make both Scott (the customer) and Klingbeil's happy, which he did. Scott could not believe how well he was treated by Manion's. So hats off the Gordy, Manion's, and the rest of the sales force. It's nice to know that customer service is still a reality in today's world.

Scott mentioned how nice it was to deal with someone that actually seemed to care about his problem, did no finger pointing, and was easy to talk to.  I'm sure we have a life-long customer because of that level of service. Thanks Gordy, and Manion's."
